Being a midwife is already a tough job, but for one in Marlborough, its been a bit tougher since flooding in July wrecked havoc on the region's roads and terrain.

But Suzie Edmonds has devised a clever solution to get her to work in Blenheim while the road is repaired.

She talks to Jesse about how she's negotiating through the damage to get to her shifts at Wairau Hospital.
