Concerns Wellington's obsession with heritage is hindering progress

NZ Herald Wellington issues reporter, Georgina Campbell, has written about her concerns that the capital is obsessive about heritage at the risk of hindering progress.

She talks to Jesse about her concerns that the city risks becoming a museum at the cost of progress because of the importance being placed on heritage.
