Today's food segment is a joint effort between Jayshri Ganda and her mum Laxmi. Jayshri has learnt to cook by watching her mother in the kitchen throughout her life. They have now teamed up to give everyone the opportunity to make their delicious Indian cuisine at home by putting a cook book together called, A Little Bit of This, A Little Bit of That. Jayshri joins Jesse in the Auckland studio and Laxmi is in Christchurch to talk about how to make today's recipe Fried Masala Chicken.
