Communicating business ideas with diverse communities

One of the big issues raised in Auckland's recent Covid 19 outbreak was the difficuties Government Agencies faced in communicating with different communities. 

That's also a problem in business, it can all get a bit homogenous. 

That's something accounting firm WE tries to fight back against - working closely with Māori and Pasifika communities to provide services and training which matching the needs of their clients, rather than the other way around. 

They've won an award for Best Advisory Partner at the Xero Awards and ceo and co-founder Wyndi Tagi talks to Jesse about their challenges.
