The Pacific Islands Forum in peril as nations quit

There has been a growing political rift in the Pacific Islands forum of which New Zealand and Australia play a key role. 

Some nations are quitting the forum after a disagreement about who the new Secretary General of the group should be. 

Jonathan Pryke is director or the Pacific Islands Programme at the Lowy Institute in Australia, he explains what's happening.
