METS: Exercise programme for terminal breast cancer

Auckland University is running a programme for women with terminal breast cancer helping them to keep up their exercise regimes. 

The Exercise Sciences Department gives clinical help as well as social support through its METS programme, that helps the women develop an exercise plan that helps increase their stamina and reduce their fatigue. 

Karyn speaks to Dr Stacey Reading, who's leading the programme. 

Dr Reading says that men who have terminal breast cancer are also welcome to join METS.
