Katherine Mansfield the songwriter

One of the most famous New Zealand writers Katherine Mansfield also dabbled in songwriting, writing the lyrics for two songs with her sister who composed the music.

To celebrate New Zealand Music Month, Katherine Mansfield House & Garden asked the Wellington musician Georgia Jamieson Emms to record a cover of the song 'Night'.

We listen to the song and speak to Cherie Jacobson, the director of Katherine Mansfield House & Garden.
