Could a '10 point plan' help address NZ's financial crisis?

Charles Finny has come up with a '10-point plan for New Zealand', which he says could help us export our way out of a finanical crisis amid the global pandemic. 

Finny, who's a partner with Saunders Unsworth in Wellington, has published his plan on The Spinoff website.

He speaks to Jesse about what he believes needs to happen next to get the economy moving again.
