Voices of Hope - Stop Surviving Start Fighting

From Afternoons with Jesse Mulligan, 3:07 pm on 6 April 2020

Long before enforced social isolation, thousands of New Zealanders struggled with loneliness, depression, dark thoughts and hopelessness.  Jazz Thornton knows it. She's lived it. Now she's a film maker and co-founder of Voices of Hope, which helps people struggling with mental illness.  She shares her journey from despair to hope in her new book, Stop Surviving Start Fighting
