Mike Bell - preserving native Birds in The Chatham Islands

From Afternoons with Jesse Mulligan, 2:29 pm on 6 April 2020

Mike Bell is an ornithologist passionate about native bird conservation in the Chatham Islands.

He has spent 30 years travelling to the isolated Rēkohu archipelago, also known as the Chatham Islands, to do conservation work there - starting when he was a teenager.

He’s the managing director of Wildlife Management International, but also works closely with the Chatham Islands Tāiko Trust - among many other things.
