The New Zealand Dance Company is looking ahead with a new programme designed to better prepare their dancers for their professional lives on and after the stage.
Shona McCullagh is just finishing up as the Artistic Director of of the NZDC to become the Artistic Director of the Auckland Arts Festival but she was determined this would b in place before she left. She joins Jesse to explain why she thinks its vital for the future of dance in new Zealand.
