Boys won't be boys. Boys will be what we teach them to be. That's one of the ideas behind a UK group trying to teach boys and young men how to be better boys and young men. The Good Lad Initiative started at Oxford University and calls out toxic masculinity. They hold male only workshops in schools, universities and workplaces, facilitating open conversations about sexism and misogyny. Director of he group Dr Dan Guinness talks to Jesse about the origins of the initiative and why its so important.
