British food writer and home cook Melissa Hemsley formed Hemsley + Hemsley with her older sister Jasmine in 2010, and since then the pair have authored several cookbooks and opened a cafe in Selfridges of London.
Melissa has just released her second solo cookbook Eat Green: Delicious Flexitarian Recipes for Planet-Friendly Eating, which champions simple food that is nutritious, delicious and easy - as well as sustainable.
The self-taught chef spoke to Karyn about her new book and she shared some tips for reducing waste.
