From Afternoons with Jesse Mulligan, 1:27 pm on 11 November 2019

The largest tunnel in the country is being built under Auckland. The Central Interceptor is being constructed in a bid to stop wastewater going to waterways and instead being diverted through the new tunnel to the Mangere treatment plant. Watercare's man in charge of the $1.2 billion project, Shayne Cunis joins Jesse to explain what's happening below ground.
