In 2014 teacher Kevin Powell realised his passion was outside the classroom. So he and his wife Jane decided to open a hands-on, outdoors classroom where children could learn about farming, food, and nature.
Teacher in the Paddock has since seen more than 1000 kids and their families, learning skills and hanging out with animals.
Over those years, it's been based on a lifestyle block in Papamoa. But now the property is being returned to its owners, so they're looking for a new space. Kevin tells me what they're looking to find.
