Public spaces both in the real world and online are often designed in ways that benefit men. While it is often hidden, a recent very public example was the cancellation of the all woman spacewalk. 

This month the Tech Futures lab in Auckland is trying to work out how that happens and find ways to subvert and fight against it. Sarah Hindle is the general manager of Tech Futures Lab.
