Ngā Taonga Sound Archives: early Anzac Days

For most of us, our memories of Anzac Day have always been marked by the dwindling numbers of veterans of World War II and later conflicts like the Korean and Vietnam Wars. 

In today’s visit to the sound archives of Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision, Sarah Johnston is going to take us back to Anzac Day in the earlier years of the 20th century, when it was all about the original Anzacs, the men who fought in World War I.
