Christchurch-based inventor Nigel Pink started roasting coffee beans by connecting his Toyata van's windscreen wiper motor to his barbecue. Now he's preparing to launch a brand-new, hand-operated espresso machine which uses NO electricity but still produces a delicious shot of joe.
