Sarah Wilson doesn't sugarcoat her battle with what she calls 'the Beast', a life long struggle with anxiety. The woman who created an empire with her programmes to quit sugar, is walking away from the business to focus on anxiety issues and the food-waste movement.

She's coming here for the New Zealand Wellness Foundation's Food For Thought seminar and shares what she has learned about the link between mental health and diet.
