Upskilling to avoid the robot takeover

Every few days there seems to be a study or opinion piece about the future of our jobs - when will the robots take over and what can we do about it. 

Instead of worrying about the dire predictions, a Tauranga organisation decided the best way to tackle future challenges is to prepare. 

Venture Centre is helping locals upskill to keep ahead of our evolving workplaces. From teaching kids to code, to connecting entrepreneurs with mentors.  To tell us more about it is founder Jo Allum.
