When you hear about a social media post going viral - it's often because it also ends up in the mainstream media.
But what if its a video or photo that will cause someone real harm - as has happened several times.
The Broadcasting Standards Authority has just put out some guidelines for broadcasters on using images, videos and other content sourced from social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.
