Pioneering women in music

From Afternoons with Jesse Mulligan, 2:20 pm on 22 May 2018

New Zealand music month ends next Thursday, and this coming weekend the official music month summit takes place.

This year music industry professionals will be talking about some of the tougher issues facing the music industry - such as mental health for musicians as well as diversity and the #metoo movement

One of the speakers is Victoria Kelly who is the Director of Member Services at the Australasian Performing Right Association  - APRA AMCOS and is also an award winning composer and musician

Victoria Kelly joins us in our Auckland studio, to talk about some of the pioneering female musical artists both here and internationally and play some of their music for us too.
