Scientists have been trying for years to try and gather more accurate data for climate change modelling but turns out that ancient swamp kauri may hold the key.
Dr Drew Lorrey has been studying ancient swamp kauri since 2002 and has discovered it could fill huge holes in paleo archives on climate change that no other method such as carbon dating can.
