To mark election day tomorrow, Wellington author Rhydian Thomas is gong to read his entire novel, Milk Island - aloud - at the Adam Art Gallery.

It's satirical novel about the dairy industry, public private partnerships and a genetically enhanced super cow called Milky Moo.

He explains why he thinks the dystopian themes in the book are highly relevant when it comes to the election issues and policies of 2017.
