Principals and teachers have released their own plan for tackling the short staffing crisis facing Auckland schools. NZEI Te Rui Roa President Lynda Stuart explains the urgent changes they're calling for, including pay increases and a plan to write off teacher's student loans. They're also suggesting more houses should be set aside to accommodate and incentivise new staff.
