A new term for describing people in their early 40s has become a worldwide phenomenon. The media is reporting that babies born between 1977 and 1983 no longer have to be confused if they're Generation X or a Millennial, they can call themselves Xennials. The term was allegedly coined by Australian Associate Professor of Sociology, Dan Woodman. But contrary to reports, Dan isn't so sure about the label himself.
