Favourite album: Moondance by Van Morrison

Morrison, started his professional career as a teen in the Northern Irish R&B band "Them." By 22 he'd kicked off a solo career and three years later released his seminal album "Moondance" after moving to upstate New York. Moondance quickly establish Van Morrison as a major artist after the disappointing failure of his previous releases to gain the attention many of his critics believed he deserved.
