Call for Urgent Action to save Yellow-eyed Penguins

New Zealand's mainland yellow-eyed penguins face extinction unless urgent action taken according to a new study. The paper, published in the international journal PeerJ, predicts the species could disappear from the Otago Peninsula by 2060.

Lead study author Dr Thomas Mattern of the University of Otago explains.
