What bird brains can teach us about intelligence

What can bird brains tell us about the evolution of intelligence? Dr Rachael Shaw is a postdoctoral research fellow, from the School of Biological Sciences, Victoria University. She's been testing the intelligence of birds and thinks if we start to understand how birds think about the world, we could use this to develop new methods for conservation.
