The Langham Hotel Auckland has beaten its sister hotels worldwide to win the best sustainable tree award.
For the 2015 holiday season, the Langham group's corporate director of sustainability, Carmen Ng, asked all Langham hotels worldwide to create completely sustainable Christmas trees.
No element of the trees could be store-bought, and all of the trees are currently on display for the holiday season at Langham properties.
