A Papakura woman is offering someone the chance to have a tattoo of their choice on her arm as a way of raising money for charity. Chanelle Haffenden is auctioning an 8cm by 3cm space on her forearm on TradeMe. The winner of the auction gets to decide what will be tattooed on Chanelle's arm.
