Jam making

Money for jam, as the old saying goes. But for Tim and Kate Gibbs the old adage is their day-to-day reality. Twenty years ago they left their corporate lives in Auckland for the greener pastures of Te Horo on the Kapiti Coast. There they set up a jam-making business which has gone from strength to strength in the last few years.
