There's been a recent spike in people wanting to access their KiwiSaver early on the grounds of serious illness.
Some people who aren't expected to live to retirement age aren't eligible to withdraw their Kiwisaver early and feel the threashold is too high .
Financial Services Complaints Limited have released a guide after they were unable to uphold complaints.
