1:15 Chicken Scene Investigators launched to combat Campylobacter

This Summer people are being urged to be very careful when it comes to cooking chicken.

In fact so serious is the ministry of Primary Industries about foodborne illnesses from chicken - together with New Zealand Food Safety they've launched a campaign called Chicken Scene Investigators.

1.20 Final rural telethon tally means 1.2 million meals for foodbanks

Last week we told you about New Zealands first rural telethon to raise over a million meals for foodbank parcels.

Around a year ago, Sacha Coburn's wedding ring was stolen from her home.

She filed police reports, let the local Cash Converters in Hamilton know, and regularly checked in store hoping it would turn up.
