2:10 The Te Araroa Trail - Richard Bowles
Richard Bowles is an aventurer and running machine - he's just run the length of New Zealand in 62 days....he didn't take State Highway One either. He went the hard way - over mountain ranges, through volcanic terrain, and on some of our more demanding trials. Richard has just become the first person to run the Te Araroa Trail, which runs from Cape Reinga to Bluff.

2:20 The Romotow - Stuart Winterbourn.
Two Christchurch engineers have come up with what they hope will be the next generation of  caravan.
It's called the Romotow, and it has a very futuristic look to it - a space-age room on wheels.
