Expat New Zealand billionaire Businessman Owen Glenn is back in the country to open his checkbook for more New Zealand charities. Over the years he's given away millions of dollars to all sorts of causes, from the University of Auckland's Business School to the Millennium Institute sports training center. Last night he was honored at a Chancellor's Dinner at the University of Auckland for his latest contribution. A big donation will help the university establish a new Chair in cancer research.

One hundred and fifty years ago, so the story goes, the Malin family of London started a tradtion that remains a firm favorite in New Zealand: Fish and chips. Thirteen-year-old Joesph Mailin started frying chips with battered fish at home and selling them to the poor of London's West End. We'll talk to a New Zealand food historian about the New Zealand tradition.
