The court of Appeal in Samoa has ordered the retrial of a former manager with the Lands and Transport Authority for altering documents with intent to deceive.
Last week, it was reported the court had overturned the acquital of Anoanoa'i Pepe Lafai and convicted her, however a court registar had given the wrong decision to media.
In the correct decision released yesterday, the court ruled Anoanoa'i should be retried in the Supreme Court.
