The body of a man that has been in a Fiji mortuary for over a year has finally been identified.

The Fiji Sun reported a relative came forward to police after hearing a request for information.
The mortuary was in Suva but the man's next of kin live in Labasa.
Police said no missing person report was filed, and the relative says the man had no fixed address at the time of his death.
