An Australian woman has had drug smuggling charges against her dropped by a Fiji court.
Yvette Nikolic was charged along with her husband, John, last year after drugs, cash and firearms were found stashed on her yacht.
The FBC reports the Suva High Court on Monday discharged Mrs Nikolic without conviction, after finding she had no case to answer.
Justice Daniel Goundar agreed there was no evidence that Mrs Nikolic was in any control of what happened on the yacht, and was only there as Mr Nikolic's spouse.
The charges against Mr Nikolic still stand, and he remains in custody.
