The Department of Public Safety says three unidentified suspects have been arrested.

It said the restoration of power in many villages had also helped decrease criminal activities especially burglaries and thefts.

The department said every night after the storm it was receiving one to two reports or burglaries or attempted burglaries as the lack of power and the darkness at night made it conducive for criminal activities.
