Pacific Note reports it will be the first official visit for Mr Remengesau since Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen took office in 2016.
Mr Remengesau will arrive in Taipei on Saturday and leave on Wednesday.
His delegation will also meet with members of the legislature and the Foreign Minister.
