Mr Rabuka's eligibility to contest the polls has been thrown into question with a court decision due two days before the 14 November general election.

The party president Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu gave a special address to the party last night following debate on social media on how to ensure a party win.

"Major-General Rabuka remains our party leader and I urge all supporters to remain united behind him," Ratu Naiqama said.

He urged everyone in the party "to pull out all stops" to reach its goal of winning 28 seats in the 51 seat parliament.

Remote areas of Fiji are due to vote next week.
