The Pacific nation, who are making their tournament debut, were beaten by Székely Land, Padania and Matabeleland during the group stage.
Their next match is against Tamil Eelam, who are drawn from the Sri Lankan Tamil diaspora community in Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, in the playoffs for 13-16th place.
