The primary school teacher strike in Wallis and Futuna has ended and schools will open tomorrow.
The strike lasted all of last week despite an apparent agreement being reached during the week to end the stoppage.
Under the terms of the settlement, long-term sick leave will now be granted.
The public broadcaster says that as in the health sector, it will be granted if approved by two doctors of whom one must be a specialist.
The strike didn't apply to the territory's secondary schools.
