American Samoa is sending a team to next year's Youth Olympic Games in Argentina.
The American Samoa U17 women's beach handball team clinched a spot after qualifying at the 2017 Under 17 Beach Handball World Championship in Mauritius two week ago
American Samoa and Australia were the two Oceania teams at the championship competing against 14 other countries.
American Samoa Handball Association president, Carl Floor, who is also the head coach, said the girls learned so much competing against some of the most experienced beach handball teams in the world.
