International connections to Tahiti have been maintained but flights keep being delayed.

A minimum number of firestaff is in place under order from the French High Commissioner Rene Bidal.

Only firefighters employed by the private airport company ADT are on strike

Domestic air travel is back to normal after last week's five-day strike involving publicly employed firefighters.
