The case relates to his time as Fiji's High Commissioner to Papua New Guinea.

The defence today again asked for Ratu Inoke, who is a former foreign minister, to be subpoenaed and to testify after the court rejected the bid last month.

The matter has been adjourned until a hearing on Monday.
