The Cook Islands Women's Sevens team will play the New Zealand Rugby Super 7s tournament this weekend in Auckland.
The Cooks will play against two NZ development teams and Samoa who are preparing for the Olympic qualifying repechage in June.
A squad of 16 players have been named for the tournament under new Head Coach Crystal Kaua and Assistant Coach Brent Kaua.
It be the team's first outing since last November's Oceania tournament.
