The Water Authority of Fiji is carrying out maintenance work over the long Easter weekend.
It advised its customers in parts of Viti Levu to store water in advance.
The Fiji Electricity Authority says for maintenance work at the Monasavu Dam Hydroelectric power plant is likely to affect water supply.
Water cart trucks have been on standby to service the affected areas as and when the need arises.
