The prime minister Charlot Salwai says there is also another US$266 million dollars in project funding and donor aid.

Mr Salwai now wants his administration's first extra-ordinary session to be called to allow debate and to reach approval on the budget.

The Budget had been held up for months after the previous government was left with just a handful of MPs after 14 of their members were jailed.
